Sales & Key Accounts — Field sales, account management, modern trade, foodservice
Our sales teams negotiate listings, planograms and trading terms with the buying offices of the country’s largest retail chains, then service those accounts week to week. On the foodservice side, account managers work directly with hotels, restaurants, cafés and institutional kitchens.
Typical backgrounds: FMCG field sales, key account management, distributor sales, HORECA sales, category management.
Warehousing & Logistics — Inventory, dispatch, fleet coordination, stock control
Based at Warehouse 3 of the Magsaysay Shipping & Logistics Hub in Taguig. The team manages receiving, inventory control, stock rotation and shelf-life management, and coordinates nationwide delivery to retail distribution centres and direct-to-branch drops.
Typical backgrounds: warehouse supervision, inventory control, logistics coordination, fleet and dispatch planning.
Regulatory & Product Registration — FDA filings, labelling, compliance, importation documentation
Handling Philippine FDA product registration end to end — licence to operate, certificates of product registration, label review and renewals — alongside customs documentation for inbound shipments.
Typical backgrounds: regulatory affairs, food technology, pharmacy, customs brokerage, quality assurance.
Trade Marketing & Merchandising — In-store activation, sampling, promotions, trade shows
Turning distribution into sell-out: in-store merchandising, sampling programmes, seasonal promotions, trade show execution and media launches for new principals.
Typical backgrounds: trade marketing, brand activation, merchandising supervision, events.
Finance & Administration — Billing, collections, credit management, accounting
Invoicing, collections, credit management and the legal transfer of goods — the administrative layer that keeps a distribution business solvent and its principals paid accurately and on time.
Typical backgrounds: accounting, credit and collections, accounts receivable, financial analysis.
