OneStop Distribution, Inc.
ODI imports, sells and distributes superior quality, organic and natural food and non-food products across the Philippines.
OneStop Distribution handles all key aspects of selling products for its principals: warehousing, distribution and delivery, direct sales, billing, legal transfer of goods, product registrations and promotional activities.
Our founding portfolio comes from the Hain Celestial Group, a leading natural and organic product company in the United States whose brands are well known and distributed across the US and Europe.
Worldwide Food Supply, Inc.
WWFSI is a distribution company established in 2012, importing, selling and distributing food products to retail and foodservice accounts.
It was founded by Mr. Flemming R. Hansen, who brings more than 15 years of experience in food and distribution. The combined work experience of the management team in the food industry exceeds 50 years.
In 2015, WWFSI partnered with the Magsaysay Shipping & Logistics Group and its subsidiary, OneStop Distribution, Inc., to expand its reach and business in the distribution category.

Worldwide Food Supply, Inc. is founded
Established by Mr. Flemming R. Hansen to import and distribute food products to retail and foodservice accounts.
MSL and ODI partner with WWFSI
The Magsaysay group and OneStop Distribution partner with WWFSI, a distributor specialising in foodservice coverage, expanding the business into foodservice.
GOO.N arrives — Elleair International Thailand
ODI enters a distribution agreement for GOO.N diapers, a leading brand in Japan and across Southeast Asia, in premium and economy variants.
WWFSI joins the Magsaysay group
WWFSI formally partners with Magsaysay Shipping & Logistics Group and OneStop Distribution, Inc.
House Foods Group
ODI enters a distribution agreement with House Foods Group, Inc., the leading food manufacturer and top curry brand in Japan, and a top choice among restaurants and households seeking authentic Japanese flavours.
Huy Fong Sriracha — JDR Sales and Marketing
WWFSI enters a distribution agreement with JDR Sales and Marketing, known worldwide for their famous Sriracha hot chili sauces.
Official importer of MONIN
A partnership with MONIN Asia KL SDN BHD makes WWFSI the official importer of MONIN in the Philippines, with more than 200 flavours for bartenders and baristas.
Thirteen brands, nationwide coverage
ODI and WWFS operate as one distribution engine serving modern trade, specialty retail, drugstore, convenience and foodservice channels across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Part of the Magsaysay Shipping & Logistics Group
Our warehouse sits inside the Magsaysay Shipping & Logistics Hub in Taguig, which means our distribution business is backed by one of the country’s established shipping and logistics organisations, not bolted onto a third party.
For a principal, that translates into something practical: freight, customs, storage and last-mile delivery answering to the same group.
